This is probably the best tent for the lone backpacker light to carry easily to put up great in the wet with inner tent pre fixed the porch area has enough room to remove wet boots and clothing the height allows one to sit up.
I have cooked in the porch area in the wet
I used this tent on a 900 mile charity walk in 2006 and I am still using it bring it back.

Fantastic tent, pitches fly first or in one, depending on how you packed it. I've had this tent out in the most rotten storms and have never woken up with anything less than a dry sleeping bag. Taped seams, waterproofed zips and being made almost entirely out of siliconised nylon means that it really is waterproof, although I can't seem to find a realistic HH number. Had it for about 10 months now and its been all around the uk with me and stood up to everything I've thrown at it.
GREAT TENT. Highly Recommended

The classic design 'northland' tunnel tent receives an ultra-modern RT makeover. REAL TUNNEL technology both improves the wind stability and enlarges the usable interior space significantly. The use of ultra-lightweight, premium quality materials and components like the silicon coated RIPSTOP POLYESTER flysheet fabric and remodelled DAC FEATHERLITE NSL aluminium poles reduces the weight of the tent considerably without compromising on either weight or stability. Twin adjustable air ducts located at the front and back provide effective ventilation and reduce condensation by allowing moisture rich air produced by the occupants to escape easily. Dispensing with the elongated vestibule area means the tent requires only a small pitching area.
